In 2005, I quit my agency job to freelance. My daughter was 2, my son was a bun in the oven, I had no idea what I was doing, I made ALL the pricing mistakes, and eventually, sought help. I learned, made adjustments, and then hired my husband full-time. We hired a team, did the agency thing, realized it wasn’t for us, went back to a team of two, and now I’m freelancing once again (and yes, we’re still married).

The Packaging & Pricing course lessons total 2 hours, 35 minutes. The Raise Your Rates course lessons total 45 minutes. The pricing quickies are each 3-10 minutes. How long each exercise requires is different for everyone.

Do I have to complete the lessons in order?

No! Many freelancers complete the Hourly Rate lesson, skip to the Raise Your Rates course, and then come back to the rest of the core Packaging & Pricing lessons and watch the Pricing Quickies whenever they have time.

Does it matter what stage of business I’m in?

Nope! Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in business for years, pricing is something you always have to work on. Every time you tweak offers, create a new offer, or make shifts in your business, you must revisit your pricing.
